Tributo Napoli Crema

Nearly three thousand years ago, Greek settlers built a city in the shadow of Vesuvius and called it Neapolis, the new city. What grew from it was anything but careful. Naples became loud, layered, and proud of its own intensity, a place that shaped the modern espresso bar, where lever machines hissed behind marble counters and pulling crema thick enough to hold its shape became the local standard. Coffee here was never meant to be gentle.

Napoli Crema carries that same temperament into the cup. Bittersweet chocolate unfolds the moment milk meets it, and a syrupy weight settles in that doesn’t thin out or apologize for itself, the way an espresso bar regular in Naples would expect from their morning cup.
