GAGGIA CLASSIC EVO LIMITED EDITION – 85th ANNIVERSARY

A new CLASSIC LIMITED EDITION, to celebrate 85 years of Achille Gaggia’s patent that revolutionized the world of coffee and kickstarted our one-of-a-kind history.

The heritage color is inspired to the precious details of the glorious 40’s and 50’s Gaggia espresso machines, and it is a direct connection with the celebrative illustration made by the Italian artist Andrea De Santis that retraces our milestones and opens up to the future.

The Gaggia Classic Evo Pro embodies specialty coffee excellence. With a recent OPV spring update, it brews espresso at 9 Bar (Only available for North America unit only). The enduring brass brew group is complemented by a polished steel cover. The 58mm commercial stainless steel portafilter enhances aesthetics and durability.

Externally, the one-piece steel frame, 3-Way Solenoid valve, and stainless steel steam wand ensure user-friendly operation. Internally, an updated mounting plate reduces noise, while a food-safe anti-scale coating protects the boiler, ensuring a longer machine lifespan.
