DiFluid Moment – Coffee Flavor Reference Thermometer

DiFluid Moment is a smart cupping thermometer that turns tasting notes into a guided, stage-by-stage flavor experience. As a cup of coffee cools, Moment tracks its temperature in real time using a built-in infrared sensor and alerts you the moment it crosses into a new tasting window, surfacing the barista’s or roaster’s notes for that exact stage.

The result: drinkers get the right flavor notes at the right moment, whether they’re at the bar or brewing at home.

Built for cupping and profile-sharing

Moment includes a dedicated Cupping Mode that lets you mark tasting stages during a cupping session, helping standardize your process across a chosen cupping chart. Sessions can then be turned into shareable Moment Profiles, so roasters and baristas can build tasting guides once and share them with customers or other users.

Runs on CoffeeOS

Moment is part of the DiFluid | CoffeeOS ecosystem, no subscriptions, no factory calibration required, and firmware updates are pushed directly to the device to add features and fix issues over time.

Customer feedback, built in

Cafe customers can tap the touchscreen to “like” a flavor at a given temperature window, or long-press to leave an overall rating. Shop owners see aggregated likes and ratings in a dashboard, making it easy to check whether customers agree with the roaster’s notes.
