A renowned brand originally founded in Melbourne Australia, Coffex Coffee (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in late 1997 and officially began its operation in 1998. Coffex Malaysia stems from its root, Coffex Australia, which was established in 1959 by Antonio and Dominic Crivelli both of whom arrived in Melbourne from Pescara, Italy. It was their recognition that the industry was lacking decent quality coffee which led to the birth of Coffex Coffee; a brand synonymous to its name in providing excellence in all aspects of its operation. Coffex Coffee has now grown to become one of Australia's largest coffee suppliers through sheer consistency and dedication.

Taking on the objective and devotion as its counterpart, Coffex Malaysia serves as a hub in delightfully providing to the gourmet coffee industry within the Asia-Pacific region. Having a factory located in the Ara Damansara area of Petaling Jaya Malaysia, Coffex is able to efficiently cater to the demands of the foodservice line with proficiency. A genuine focus on quality has driven Coffex Malaysia to satisfy the standards and be accredited with the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System and HACCP in addition to obtaining a Halal certification. Apart from Malaysia, Coffex operates in various countries namely Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore, all of which are managed through coordination with Coffex Malaysia. Strategic partnerships have been fundamental to Coffex Malaysia. As a result, Cookie Tree Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1999 to manufacture and supply a range of cookies for retail purposes as well as to complement Coffex Coffee's desirable blends. To date, Cookie Tree has a total of more than 20 products. Each distinct flavour has been carefully crafted and divided to satisfy 4 different product lines: Cookies, Toast, Biscotti and Sugar-free. Their delectable treats can be found on the shelves of reputable supermarkets, certain hotels as well as in our lifestyle store – ETC Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

ETC, another entity in which a partnership has been formed, is a retail store for us to reach out to the general public on a more intimate level. An acronym for Everything Tea & Coffee, the stores are located in The Curve and Bangsar Shopping Centre. It stocks a variety of coffee related products, ranging from machines to cleaners and accessories to cater for domestic use, an extensive range of TWG and Gryphon teas, as well as home and kitchen wares from brands like Maxwell & Williams, Salt & Pepper and Kyocera to name a few.
